T-Space the company, arose out of the innovative T-Space approach, initially designed by Karen Gray. It was first tested in 2009 where Karen was working with groups of public service staff during the challenging post-recession period. Using the T-Space process organisational blockages were revealed, feedback loops generated and group dynamics were revitalised. The staff, managers and their organisations as a whole were enabled to learn, develop and move positively forward as a result of the experience.
In standing back to look at the process, it is clear that organisations can only fully support their customers, if they can support themselves internally in the first place. In essence, strong customer relationships start with the practicing of excellent relations internally.
Having generated the idea, Karen then used her corporate experience to determine how the model would operate in commercial environments, and applied her psychology training to draw up the new T-Space methodology alongside professional supervisor, Janet Sheath. With the new T-Space service model in place, Karen then teamed up with co-Director, Barbara Quinn, using her wealth of business & counselling experience to further strengthen the process.
Karen and Barbara combined their entrepreneurial mindsets, conducted successful trials in two Irish corporates and launched T-Space onto the market in 2010.
In 2014, T-Space opened its London office in Mayfair, following referrals from Irish corporate projects. As a result of positive business growth, Karen is now managing T-Space in the UK.
