Philosophy and Career Highlights
Catherine is still curious about people and organisations 30 years into her career. She started working life in Financial Services in Dublin and after 11 “Change Filled” years moved into Consulting in search of the “ideal way” to help people and businesses change! Her search continues, and she and her clients learn with every new engagement. She spent several years in London as a partner in a niche consultancy whose approach was highly relational – an approach which characterises her work today. Catherine’s interests include helping women leaders to establish their leadership in organisations which are often predominantly male. She is passionate about helping people to develop ways of leading, managing and working which enhance organisational effectiveness and bring personal fulfilment at the same time.
