Karen is a highly experienced Organisational Coach. She applies professional supervision and psychological approaches in combination with group coaching and counselling techniques to deliver innovative, highly relevant and practical learning experiences for large organisations with top quality outcomes.

Finance, Commercial/Marketing and Engineering Teams in Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, Healthcare, Consumer Goods and Public Sectors. She has also facilitated Director level Leadership teams of fast-growing healthcare organisations to review and harness their relational practice & productivity to deliver management sustainability in ultra-dynamic environments. Karen has also generated many highly productive 1-1 coaching relationships with Senior Executives in both Ireland and the UK.

Professional Affiliations and Education
Karen holds an MA from Oxford University, an MSc in Career Management & Counselling from the University of London, a CIM Diploma in Marketing and a Diploma in Coaching/Counselling Supervision. She also holds a Conversion Diploma in Psychology from the Open University, and is a Registered Psychologist with the British Psychological Society. She recently completed a Practitioner Certificate in Consulting and Change with the Tavistock Institute and is accredited by the BPS to administer levels A&B Psychometric Testing.

Her 12 year marketing & finance background in technical blue chip organisations (ICI Plc – UK & Holland) and entrepreneurial environments (Microban Europe) at senior management level ensures that commercial and strategic thought processes are always foremost in her client assignments.
