Practical encouragement and support for lower performers who need to step up their delivery over a specific time period
Future-focused career support for staff or managers who would be looking to map out and advance their career plans within or without the organisation
Individual coaching programmes would usually operate over a 3-6-month timescale involving between 3-6 coaching sessions of 1-2hrs each. Bespoke programmes will be created for each individual coaching client.
