When engagement surveys report numbers lower that we would like to see, our Transforming Engagement programme provides a practical and time-bound step-change option. We conduct tailored and confidential 1-1 survey with leaders, managers and employees to access the roots of the apparent engagement issues. We then amalgamate the feedback to organisational level to identify key themes and learning needs, offer practical response options to leaders and design/deliver developmental workshops for core groupings. We also activate coaching processes for managers or leaders who may need support on engaging their staff via collaborative behaviours. After 1 year, we complete the 1-1 survey again, usually generating approx. 20% uplift and 8-10% increase in engagement scores.
