Helen is an Organisational Development consultant with a strong track record, and over 25-years’ experience, of designing and delivering leadership, team and organisation development strategies and programmes for clients around the globe. Her focus is to bring about sustainable personal and system wide change and improvement by helping organisational clients drive their business performance, and achieve strategic objectives, through the  development of  organisations and the people within them. With a background in Occupational Psychology, Helen has a deep understanding of the leadership and people dynamics impacting business performance. She combines this knowledge with her practical experience to develop pragmatic and innovative approaches to developing leaders, teams and organisations in service of improving performance and employee engagement.

Helen supports a very broad and diverse range of client organisations, across the globe, including a major European & global Banking Corporations, a global Agri-Chemical business, a Housing Association, NHS Innovation Hub, an international Monetary Institution and an Irish Further Education College.

Helen has a proven track record in client relationship management and delivery, such that her client relationships often last for many years generating exceptional results both at a personal and business level. She is a strong team player and colleagues and clients find her insightful, creative, pragmatic and passionate about Leadership and Organisation Development.


  • Design and implementation of Organisation Development Strategies to bring about system wide change and improvement
