Philosophy and Career Highlights

She was inspired at the start of her career by values driven leaders in a Financial Services Organisation in Dublin who demonstrated the importance of bringing integrity, kindness, and humanness no matter what the circumstances. These early lessons have shaped her journey as a consultant – finding the balance between the drive for success while remaining connected to what matters, and to each other.

She spent several years in London as a partner in a niche consultancy whose approach was deeply relational and rooted in Gestalt approach to organisation change - an approach which characterises her work today. Catherine's current interests include helping women leaders to establish their personal brand of leadership in organisations which are often culturally masculine. She is passionate about helping people to develop ways of leading, managing and working which enhance organisational effectiveness and also bring personal fulfilment.
