Her person-centred approach focuses on enabling clients to increase their self-awareness, to get to know themselves in a way they may otherwise not have the opportunity to explore. Mary’s work with clients is underpinned by the belief that knowing ourselves supports growth, greater confidence and trust in our own ability to identify the change we want to see, focus on the levers we can pull to deliver it, and create the opportunity to make it happen.
Mary's achievements include successfully supporting the transition of leaders/managers into new and challenging careers and directly supporting workforce return post illness or parenthood.
