Philosophy and Career Highlights

As an accomplished Coach and Trainer, Mary puts the development of people at the heart of her work, believing that enabling purpose and recognising value can and will drive change. Her person-centred approach focuses on enabling clients to increase their self-awareness, to get to know themselves in a way they may otherwise not have the opportunity to explore. Mary’s work with clients is underpinned by the belief that knowing ourselves supports growth, greater confidence and trust in our own ability to identify the change we want to see, focus on the levers we can pull to deliver it, and create the opportunity to make it happen.

Mary's achievements include successfully supporting the transition of leaders/managers into new and challenging careers and directly supporting workforce return post illness or parenthood. As Lead Trainer on a Returners Programme – “Restart” Mary devised and delivered the career and personal development modules. This programme was shortlisted for an Irish Institute of Training and Development award in the Diversity and Inclusion category. Within the JobFit employability programme, managed by TBG Learning, Mary became the highest achieving recruiter of participants across 11 centres nationwide.
